Responsibilities

Coordinates and provides aide with the overall operations of the neurodiagnostic function within the assigned ministry(ies). Assists department leaders with competencies and maintenance of highly specialized equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining records in accordance with accreditation standards. Responsible for coordination, planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing neurodiagnostic tests and functions. Plans and allocates resources to meet productivity and quality goals. Performs routine and advanced EEG testing in clinical areas.


Qualifications

Education

Certificate in an accredited neurodiagnostic program is required.

Associate’s degree in physical science or health science is preferred.

Experience

5 years of neurodiagnostic testing experience (EEG) is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Registered EEG Technologist with ABRET is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Physical Requirements: Allied Health
