The Preston Automotive Group is currently looking to add to our administrative office located at Millsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Millsboro, DE. We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to provide support to our office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, ranging from administrative duties to assisting with special projects. This is an entry level position, but an excellent opportunity to join our growing team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
