ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Administrator State Farm Agent Team Member with Glen Reichenbach - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active 63 and/or 65 Financial services license required.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life within 30 days of employment.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
