WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Prepare for a fulfilling career path accompanied by a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16 to $22, complemented by enticing commission prospects and comprehensive benefits packages.

This management role offers several shifts to choose from:

  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday 9 am - 7 pm
  • Friday 8 am - 12 pm
  • Monday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm

Join our morning and evening fitness classes for future trade-ins Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AS A GYM OPERATIONS MANAGER - FUNCTIONAL REHABILITATION TRAINER MATTER

As a Gym Operations Manager - Functional Rehabilitation Trainer, your role demands precision and dedication from dawn till dusk. Your day begins with meticulous preparations to ensure every corner of the gym is primed for activities. Guiding clients with firm yet motivating leadership during sessions, you propel them to exceed their boundaries. Transitioning seamlessly to social media management, you leverage our vibrant community to attract new participants. Within the chiropractic office, you serve as a beacon of guidance for patients on their journey to recovery, crafting tailored exercise prescriptions with clinical precision. Collaborating with the team, you contribute to goal-setting and execute plans for collective success. Your adept management ensures seamless operations, allowing chiropractic experts to focus on patient care. With your unwavering commitment to professionalism, you balance managerial duties, community engagement, and patient rehabilitation with finesse.


WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • A healthy fitness-forward lifestyle
  • Fluency in social medial posting
  • Manager level experience
  • Knowledgeable in strength training-functional movement (preferred)
  • Group fitness instructor experience (preferred)
