KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates monthly content that supports our brand standards across a variety of platforms to bring our brand to life.  Driven by meeting deadlines and ensuring all creative output meets our high-quality brand standards, is consistent across multiple channels, and offers affiliate distinction. Keeps our brand consistent across various touchpoints. Strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Create visually appealing monthly incentive designs for websites, social media, and other digital assets that both ensure our Fox Motors brand and compliance.
  • Work with the marketing team and understand campaign requirements to translate them into visually engaging designs across various marketing channels.
  • Develop eye catching graphics, video and/or animations for social media platforms to increase overall engagement.
  • Design digital ads, infographics, charts, posters, banners, internal communication graphics, and other visual aids to enhance dealership and corporate service team content.
  • Ensure brand consistency is upheld across all projects.
  • Interact, communicate, and present ideas to collaborate with marketing team.
  • Effectively executes multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintains high quality of work product, in terms of accuracy, content and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation that are properly archived and accessible for future use.
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends and emerging design technology.
  • Cross train to assist with monthly incentives and foundation growth to support over 40 websites and social media accounts.
  • Additional duties may be assigned if opportunity arises

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of design experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge and/or skills with video and animation (Premier Pro, Final Cut, After Effects)
  • Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have effective time management skills and be detailed oriented
