An Events Assistant at Brand Avenue provides essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events organized or sponsored by the company. This role is integral to ensuring the success of events by assisting with logistics, communication, and attendee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth event operations.
  • Prepare event materials, including signage, promotional materials, and attendee packets.
  • Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
  • Collect feedback and data from events to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
