Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate at Catilas Resources Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Address customer concerns, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with product or service information and provide recommendations when needed
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Empathy and ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
