As a Customer Experience Associate at Catilas Resources Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
  • Address customer concerns, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assist customers with product or service information and provide recommendations when needed
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Empathy and ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
