**Responsibilities**
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers to ensure a successful overall experience.
- Take a service and solution-oriented approach to all interactions, using strong judgment to balance company goals with ensuring an overall positive outcome and resolution for the customer
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues with customer orders.
- Manage daily questions and reviews on our Yotpo / social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and enable efficiencies.
- Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problem-solve any customer orders-related issues.
- Collaborate Marketing Director /Manager on efficient communications with influencers and Brand ambassadors - orders, image recollection, and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented person, planner, and multi-tasker
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizes good judgment and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - especially Excel
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and all Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to always roll-up sleeves and take on tasks to support team with a “get-it-done” attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
