Nuestro cliente, una empresa líder en tecnología de apoyo para la comunicación y el desarrollo de la autonomía personal, busca un Sales Manager para liderar el equipo comercial y dirigir la estrategia de ventas, a nivel nacional e internacional.

Funciones:

  • Liderar y supervisar al equipo comercial, estableciendo estrategias y objetivos claros para el crecimiento de las ventas.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes, así como identificar y captar nuevos clientes tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
  • Organizar y optimizar los sistemas de ventas existentes, implementando procesos eficientes y garantizando una integración fluida con otros departamentos.
  • Desarrollar una perspectiva end-to-end de la venta, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de negocios, utilizando herramientas de CRM y técnicas de marketing.
  • Liderar la estrategia comercial de la empresa, reportando directamente al CEO y colaborando estrechamente con otros líderes de la organización.
  • Gestionar el canal de distribución internacional de la empresa, garantizando una colaboración efectiva y maximizando las oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Entender y gestionar licitaciones públicas, aprovechando oportunidades de negocio en este ámbito.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa demostrada en ventas y gestión de equipos comerciales, preferiblemente en el sector de tecnología o productos de asistencia.
  • Se valorará positivamente la experiencia previa en sectores relacionados, como educación, terapia ocupacional, fisioterapia o psicología.
  • Visión estratégica y habilidades para liderar la estrategia comercial de la empresa, así como experiencia en la gestión de equipos.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes y colaboradores, utilizando un enfoque orientado a la construcción de relaciones.
  • Experiencia en el uso de CRMs y comprensión profunda de técnicas de marketing y posicionamiento en el mercado.
  • Nivel fluido de inglés, con habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
