Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks; implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team.
