Responsibilities:

  • · Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to sales teams
  • · Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to meet evolving needs
  • · Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support
  • · Conduct thorough needs assessments and address objections effectively
  • · Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies
  • · Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence

Requirements

Qualifications:

· We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity (4+ years preferred)

· Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
