Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and driven outside roofing sales representative to join our team This position is performance and commission based only. You must prove you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in roofing sales is a must

Responsibilities:
  • Target storm areas
  • Generate Commercial & Residential Sales
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and provided leads
  • Inspect roofs / exterior to determine storm damage, documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes
  • Build / Maintain a relationship with new and existing customers
  • Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work
  • Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates and knowledge
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Reach weekly sales quota
Qualifications:
  • 3+ sales experience required
  • Experience/knowledge in roofing and construction sales
  • Must be able to generate D2D & B2B sales, create your own pipeline
  • Must be able to climb and carry a ladder, and work on your feet
  • Ability to work in hot & cold climates
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn
