Job Title: Roofing Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Roofing Claims Handler to join our team at Severe Storm Pro LLC. In this role, you will examine property damage through photos, create detailed estimates, and negotiate payments with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate estimates for roofing and exterior restoration services
  • Manage job files and ensure all required documentation is complete
  • Submit detailed scope of work to insurance carriers and negotiate payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and nurture relationships with customers and clients
Qualifications:
  • Xactimate software experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a claims handler is preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Please note that this is a full-time position located in Pennsylvania and requires daily reporting to our office location.
