Job Description 

Partner closely with regulatory service providers to stay apprised of all emerging regulations in the EMEA region to ensure product testing, labeling, registration and overall compliance strategies support A&F’s corporate priorities as they relate to existing and new markets.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Researching and interpreting regulations throughout the EMEA region and analyzing possible outcomes to support the adoption of compliance processes and procedures.
  • Owning and managing administrative process for product registrations and environmental product compliance reporting. Coordinating and preparing required data and reports to be submitted to regulatory bodies and agencies.
  • Informing and educating business partners to ensure that the data and process meets all applicable global regulatory requirements.
  • Serving as a representative of the regulatory department at regional specific meetings.  
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with officials in federal and state government regulatory agencies.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • 2+ years' experience in a related industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • A strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations regarding apparel, footwear and accessories is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel
