The Client is a prominent healthcare staffing agency dedicated to delivering top-tier healthcare professionals to facilities across the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RN - Accreditation & Regulatory Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an RN - Accreditation & Regulatory Specialist, you will ensure that our organization adheres to all accreditation and regulatory standards. Your role will involve monitoring compliance, conducting audits, developing policies, providing staff training, and serving as the main contact for accreditation and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met and identify improvement areas
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and education to staff on accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison for accreditation and regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure overall compliance
  • Stay informed about changes in accreditation and regulatory requirements and update staff accordingly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and submit required reports to accrediting and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Georgia
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a leadership or quality improvement role
  • Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
