Job Description:
  The Event Staff at Connexa Worx will support the planning, setup, and execution of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches. This role involves various tasks to ensure events run smoothly and participants have a positive experience.

Job: Full time
Salary Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating.
  • Registration: Manage attendee registration, check-ins, and badge distribution.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to event participants, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support logistical aspects of events, such as coordinating with vendors, handling supplies, and managing schedules.
  • On-site Support: Assist with on-site event activities, including managing booths, distributing materials, and facilitating sessions.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve any issues or problems that arise during events to ensure a seamless experience.
