Volkswagen Audi Boise is currently seeking a full-time Parts Consultant (experience required) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and provide consistent workmanship. You would be responsible for not only working with customers but also our service advisors and technicians. Being able to work well in a team environment is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Help customers at the parts counter.
  • Pulling parts and restocking shelves.
  • Receiving shipments.
  • Invoicing retail and commercial parts.
  • Delivering parts.
  • Shipping parts to customers and vendors.
  • Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Notify advisors of parts arrival.
  • General cleaning of parts area (sweeping/etc).

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience working in a car dealership parts department required.
  • Detail oriented and reliable.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of CDK / ETKA / MYKAARMA / Microsoft Office Suite a plus but not required.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
