The Customer Care Specialist drives a seamless customer experience and creates positive sentiment for our brand. This individual will follow-up on existing leads, build customer relationships, identify customer needs, set appointments and provide all necessary information to both the customer and staff.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.
- Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member to ensure rapid support.
- Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience.
- Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings.
- Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends
- Handle many outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Upsell other products wherever possible.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (OR) GED Equivalent.
- (1) year of previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- MS Office Proficiency.
- Date Entry Experience.
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry, preferred.
- Previous sales experience and/or outbound call experience.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM practices and system.
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
