Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacture marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships; including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Jeep, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mazda, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

Job Scope

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is the collection, distribution, and reporting of advertising materials and documentation:

  • Oversight and management of manufacturer reimbursement funds, including submissions and reporting functions.
  • Preparation of forecasting reports.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to discuss and share results, observations, and planned changes to manufacture requirements
  • Collection and distribution of store promotions
  • Maintain, organize, and communicate changes to Manufacture Coop and Compliance programs
  • Creation of marketing materials

Experience
----------------------

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Basic Accounting, knowledge preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word), knowledge preferred

· 10 key proficiency, knowledge preferred

· Highly organized, required

· Meets deadlines, required

· Business Administration, required

· Project Management, knowledge preferred

· Marketing Communications, knowledge preferred


Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift. Occasional work outdoors.
