Our services include a training course that helps applicants obtain their Property & Casualty Insurance license while providing career placement. Our services also include a Sales and accountability class with individual insurance agents, holding their individual teams accountable for their productivity. P&CP is committed to incorporating training and development with recruitment services while serving as an initiative and critical part of insurance agent's success.
Career Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will embark on a rewarding career path in Sales in the insurance industry. We are looking for an outgoing and charismatic person with Sales experience to join our team. This associate-level position is designed for individuals who thrive in a sales role where they can use their prior experience to attract new clients. This position is responsible for onboarding new Agents to enroll into our program, which includes recruitment services of licensed applicants as well as individualized Sales and Accountability coaching. We are seeking a coachable individual who possess excellent communication skills and Sales expertise and is eager to learn and grow with a new company. Join our team to undergo comprehensive training, gain valuable skills, and be apart of a thriving industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents throughout the US to grow our market.
- Initiate and continue follow up with prospects.
- Outreach can include emails, phone calls, and/or in person consultations with Insurance Agents and/or key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Comfortability with relational sales and building client relationships.
