Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitor on board camera alert systems through Samsara.
  • Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies.
  • Help manage Safety and accident prevention program.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to safety
  • Maintain records and reports regarding accident statistics, safety training, and compliance.
  • Investigate all accident and reported damage incidents to arrive at root cause reporting and actionable preventative plan
  • Help oversee fleet HOS compliance and E Log violations processing.
  • Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Practical knowledge of truckload transportation industry.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external staff and business partners.
  • Expert organization skills with practical logic processes.
  • Above average communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to support on-call emergency situations any time of day or night.
  • Ability to achieve targeted results.
  • Proficient Computer skills required including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong Leadership skills and work ethic are a must.
  • Candidate will possess exemplary trustworthiness and responsibility traits.
