Overview

We are seeking a skilled Blanchard Grinder Operator to join our team at our facility in Erie, MI. As a Blanchard Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to grind and smooth surfaces of metal objects.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Blanchard grinders to grind surfaces of metal objects
  • Inspect workpieces using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision
  • Use CNC grinder to program and control grinding operations
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
  • Experience operating Boring Mill and CNC Grinder
  • Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers for precision measurements
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
