Pay: $30 to $48 Based on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform accurate diagnostics to identify vehicle issues efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Execute complex repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and other critical vehicle systems.
  • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering prompt, accurate service and clear communication with customers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA/EPA standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your expertise to help them grow.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • You’re highly skilled in using the latest diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues.
  • Whether it’s electrical, mechanical, or computerized systems, you know vehicles inside and out and stay on top of the latest advancements.
  • You tackle complex repairs with ease, using your sharp analytical skills to find solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Your strong communication skills ensure customers feel informed and confident, and you excel at explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Whether working solo or as part of our talented team, you’re adaptable, reliable, and committed to delivering the best results.
  • You pride yourself on delivering top-tier service, going the extra mile to make sure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment like wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic machines, and AC equipment is a big plus in this role.
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record-Required
