Mechanical Optimizers is the Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional, Service & Installation specialist serving the HVAC needs of Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. Our team of technicians and installers are highly qualified to complete a wide variety of Heating, Air Conditioning, & Control assignments. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Install Sales Manager to lead our Install Sales Team and drive growth in our Install Division.


Description: The Install Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, within the HVAC industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the install sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with contacts during and after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend company meetings, present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Estimate mechanical projects.
  • Review all proposals/quotes with Director of Install Operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
  • Attend Customer Appreciation Events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and piping systems for design, estimating and sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in estimating, project management, project engineer.
