Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. If you’re a natural leader who’s ready to dive in from day one, send in an application.

Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
  • Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
  • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
  • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
  • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
  • Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
