Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Leominster, NA

Job Overview and key duties (agile)

What you will bring to the role:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • The ability to acknowledge and appropriately assist every customer in a timely manner.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
  • Attract potential customers by effectively presenting and discussing the products and services of the company.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.
  • Have good mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to manipulate and format spreadsheets independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Work with other departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies when providing quotes and estimates.

Additional information (including specialized qualifications / skills)

Essential experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively and independently as part of a team.
  • Can proficiently utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
  • Enter and process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Review orders for accuracy.
