Position Summary: To continue to support the growth and business strategies of Brightway Insurance, we are seeking an innovative and hands-on Manager of Talent Acquisition. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our efforts to source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the company’s strategic growth needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company culture and values, while also ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from attraction through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop a robust onboarding process to clearly align resources to ensure a positive new hire and new manager experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Develop both passive and active candidate sourcing strategies to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive improvements in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
  • Manage recruitment budget and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
  • Vendor management experience
