The Position

As a licensed Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Electrical & HVAC installation projects, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary installs & repairs to Electrical & HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring proper system functionality.
  • Able to install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for boilers, furnaces, and other equipment. 
  • Be willing to learn how to install mini splits, and other HVAC replacements with proper training from our team.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions with customers.
  • Obtain positive Google reviews from satisfied customers, contributing to the company's online reputation.
  • Keep service vehicles clean and organized to reflect a professional image.


Requirements

  • 5 years of Electrical experience (Required)
  • Familiarity with electrical work in the context of plumbing and HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
