Requirements:

What YOU will do:


The Field Services Manager will be responsible for the successful deployment of Field Employees through adequately training and onboarding, as well as ongoing support in the further support and development of their teams.

  • Interviewing and hiring Field Superintendents
  • Actively manage approximately (50) Field Team members
  • Ensure company policies are being followed by Field Team members
  • Ensure enforcement of policies listed in the Field Services Handbook
  • Support all efforts for Field Team coaching, support, and disciplinary actions
  • Create and distribute reviews/feedback for Field Team members
  • Support Field Team use of technology (troubleshooting, support, compliance)
  • Ensure Field Team members are following safety practices to industry standard and Powerhouse minimums
  • Act as liaison between Field Team members and Project Teams
  • Periodically travel to ensure Field Team compliance

This position is hybrid and will take place in office 3 days a week.
