WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP?

Joining Yessio LLC as a full- or part-time Customer Service Rep means diving into a dynamic day of customer interactions that keep you on your toes. You kick off your day with a mix of inbound and outbound calls, tackling many customer inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise. Whether verifying account details, establishing rapport, or guiding customers through their options, each conversation is a chance to shine. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures every transaction-from verifying banking and employment information to processing payments and setting up new accounts-is handled accurately and efficiently. By delivering exceptional service with every interaction, you not only meet but exceed customer expectations, leaving a lasting positive impact and driving the continued success of our company.

Our full- and part-time Customer Service Reps enjoy flexible scheduling options available Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
