What You’ll Do:

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and supplies.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Materials Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials to job sites, coordinating closely with the operations team to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the purchasing of materials and supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Logistics Planning: Optimize warehouse layout, transportation logistics, and material handling processes to enhance productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse, materials, or inventory management, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver who can effectively address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
