Position Title: Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Retrieving products from the storage area based on Pick Tickets or verbal instructions to facilitate shipments.
  • Utilizing various packaging techniques (boxes, pallets, crates, etc.) to ensure the safe and secure dispatch of products both domestically and internationally.
  • Preparing essential shipping documentation.
  • Confirming outgoing material quantities and shipping addresses against packing lists, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Labeling outbound products and attaching shipping labels with accurate information.
  • Determining the most suitable shipping method based on guidelines, knowledge of shipping practices, routes, and costs.
  • Coordinating with shipping companies for domestic and international deliveries.
  • Compiling all necessary paperwork for shipments.
  • Maintaining a shipping log for record-keeping.
  • Monitoring shipment statuses.
  • Verifying counts, weights, or measurements of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Generating and managing freight claims as needed.
  • Conducting forklift inspections in compliance with OSHA standards and documenting findings.
  • Operating manual pallet jacks and motorized forklifts safely in confined spaces.
  • Keeping an inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and orderly shipping area.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safely unloading products from incoming transportation.
  • Using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
  • Managing multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Safely lifting heavy products either manually or with appropriate equipment.
  • Training or guiding others in preparing outgoing or receiving shipments as necessary.

This position requires a proactive approach and a collaborative spirit, as you will be part of a dedicated materials management team focused on maintaining efficient and accurate control of materials in support of customer orders.

Work Schedule:
This role operates on a standard first shift schedule.

Compensation:
