Life as a Director of Sales:

As the Director of Sales with Superhost Hospitality at Everhome Suites Nampa Idaho, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our business. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required.
  • Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
