A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

As an Administrative Coordinator, you are responsible for working across multiple company functions while carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks in a manufacturing setting, in the Quality Department.

While working in collaboration with our Quality department, you help implement company policy and procedures as well as assist with coordinating company meetings, training, and materials that adhere to our brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for scanning and uploading important documents related to the business.

Your contributions and strong skills as an administrative coordinator keep our company operating smoothly, and you find great satisfaction knowing you serve in such an important role


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

  • Associate degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office setting
  • Strong Computer skills a must

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time onsite position works a typical schedule of 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday with some longer hours or weekend work when needed.
