**Mission**:
As a Trade Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and scheduling service requests from customers while handling trade-related administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth service operations by efficiently managing service requests, assigning technicians, and overseeing trade-related documentation and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling and Dispatching**:

- Receive and prioritize service requests based on urgency and nature.
- Schedule appointments considering customer and technician availability.
- Assign appropriate technicians or service providers to each job.
- Reschedule calls when necessary to accommodate emergencies.

**Routing and Logistics**:

- Optimize technician routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure field personnel have the necessary equipment and supplies.
- Track job progress and communicate any delays or changes to customers and technicians.

**Trade Administration**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain accurate trade transaction records, including receipts, bills of lading, and customs documentation.

**Documentation and Data Management**:

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, trade transactions, and job assignments.
- Generate reports on service activities, expenses, and inventory levels to identify trends and improve efficiency.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a central point of contact for customers, technicians, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Relay important information and updates clearly and timely.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and trade operations.

**Emergency Response**:

- Handle emergency service requests promptly, prioritizing urgent situations.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations, including notifying appropriate authorities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatching role, preferably in a home services or similar industry.
- Familiarity with trade-related administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, dispatch software, and office productivity tools.
- Knowledge of geographic areas and routes to optimize technician assignments.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during emergencies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate records.

**Benefits**:
Your benefit package will include (everything except hourly pay begins after the 90-day probationary period is completed):

- Full-time employment starting at $(hourly rate)/hour
- Health, dental, and vision insurance are optional additional costs for all full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- Paid holidays
- Accrued sick time: 1 hour for every 35 hours worked, up to 40 hours/year (sick time must be used, unused sick time cannot be redeemed for pay)
- Vacation time: 40 hours per year after 1 year of employment, 80 hours per year after 2 years of employment, 120 hours per year after 5 years of employment
- 401K/ Roth 401K provided with an employer match of up to 4% of your pay after an 8% contribution.

**Schedule**:
8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
