Design Lead:

The design lead takes ownership of all projects during the project design, quoting, and submittal phases. Therefore, it is important for this role to work closely with the project consultants, designers, estimators, and Green Oasis project managers to ensure the design intent is met and orders are submitted on time and accurately. 

 

Design Lead Pay: $65k - $85k plus a growth by sharing bonus structure.

Design Lead Job Role Would Include:

  • Communicate with project consultants and clients to ensure the client's design intent is fully understood. 
  • Work with the team to create Green Oasis project design presentations and quotes for our biophilic packages within 48 hours.
  • As needed, present biophilic packages to potential clients with our project consultants 
  • Ensure submittal packages are created and submitted to operations within 24 hours. 

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in the commercial A&D industry. 
  • Experience with Rihno 3D system or similar 3D systems. 
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn software. 

Not Required But Beneficial

  • Presentation skills
  • Interior design degree.
