Job Overview:

The Regional Manager of Franchise Deli Kiosk Operations is pivotal in supporting and overseeing the franchisees operating deli kiosks within a designated region. This role focuses on fostering franchisee success in alignment with GBC Food Services, LLC’s “win-win-win” model, which emphasizes mutual benefit for the company, franchisees, and customers. Responsibilities include providing guidance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, assisting in marketing strategies, and driving operational excellence.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary liaison between GBC Food Services, LLC and deli kiosk franchisees.
  • Provides ongoing support and training to franchisees and their staff.
  • Monitors franchisee performance and offers strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinates with the franchisor’s support teams for additional franchisee assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the success of franchisees through regular visits, assessments, and support.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to GBC’s operational, quality, and service standards.
  • Assist franchisees in implementing effective local marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices among franchisees.
  • Guide franchisees in financial management and business growth strategies.
  • Address franchisee concerns and mediate any conflicts.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire franchisees towards achieving business goals.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and market analysis.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in franchise management and operations.
  • Knowledge of the food service industry, particularly deli and kiosk operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Franchise Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in franchise operations, with a focus on food service.


Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent travel to various franchise locations within the region and various locations nationally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.


Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and fieldwork, involving visits to franchise kiosk locations.
  • Regular interaction with franchise owners and their employees.
