We're seeking a proactive Inside Sales Associate to drive our customer service and inside sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and rapid response times. In this role, you'll be instrumental in surpassing our weekly and monthly sales targets by forging connections with both new and existing clients. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of USA Industrial's product portfolio to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty to our brand.
  • Periodically attend trade shows or visit customer locations to further understand client needs.
  • Support team members by assisting in resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and success.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Showcase excellent time management capabilities, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, fostering teamwork and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or relevant software applications.
