Head of Operations - Healthcare/Education

Brooklyn, NY

200 - 250k plus profit share

Prominent healthcare and education company in Brooklyn looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to join our leadership team. This high-impact role is focused on streamlining processes, enhancing accountability, and implementing KPIs to drive efficiency and success across all departments. If you have a proven track record of process optimization, strong financial oversight, and a vision for growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership with a clear strategic direction, aiming for substantial growth and profitability.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the department through effective P&L management and precise execution of the business plan.
  • Decision-Making: Act as the final authority on matters involving Business Development, Operations, and Clinical/Educational Operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively address issues, break down barriers, and ensure smooth operations, collaborating closely with Shared Services and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee the development and implementation of departmental processes and updates, ensuring compliance with regulations and audits.
  • Cultural Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence, effective communication, and efficient collaboration across the department.
  • Expansion: Establish and launch new divisions/programs to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully streamlining processes, managing P&L, executing business plans, and achieving substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and reconcile competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on consulting and informing relevant parties.
  • In-depth knowledge of DOE regulations and compliance requirements (preferred).
