We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Inside Sales and Marketing Representative. In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, managing leads, and fostering relationships with both current and potential customers. This position involves a combination of inside sales responsibilities, including calling lists, managing leads, executing email campaigns, managing and expanding our presence on social media, and keeping in touch with our current client base.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists
- Engage with current customers to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Manage and organize leads, and monitor lead progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve targets
- Implement and monitor email campaigns to generate interest and leads
- Develop and explore potential opportunities / ideas for new lead generation
- Create and posts and manage social media presence
- Grow social media following and engagement on all social media platforms
- Provide support in the development and execution of sales strategies
- Provide feedback and reporting to the President and Sales Manager
- Other duties as apparent or assigned
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Must be an initiative-taker and driven
- Proficiency with quick books and Microsoft Office products are a requirement
- Skilled in time management
- Comfortable presenting to the senior team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility, including occasional availability to be responsive to email in off-hours and weekends
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
