Parkway Ford is looking for an experienced service writer to join our team

ENTHUSIASTIC, HIGH ENERGY, MOTIVATED, willing to WORK HARD, LEARN and ALWAYS put the CUSTOMER FIRST Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records.

Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager. Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE JOB

Excellent customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. General knowledge of automobile mechanics with the ability to pay attention to detail.

Other

Must have a high School diploma or GED, Valid drivers license, and be an insurable driver.
