Fat Bagels is a new locally owned Breakfast/Lunch "Bagelcentric" concept featuring New York style kettle-boiled bagels, coffee & drive-thru. Brought to you by the same folks at Salsa Brava and Fat Olives boasting more than 35 years of restaurant success.

Responsibilities:
-Kettle boiling and baking all bagels fresh daily, plus baking assorted pastries
-Mixing, proofing & shaping bagel dough
-Following food handling procedures & maintain food quality to the Fat Bagels standards
-Maintaining a clean work environment
-Assisting cooks with sandwich production

Experience:
- Previous baking or cooking experience, willing to train the right person

Requirements:
-Ability to lift 50lbs
-Shift start times as early as 3:30am

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:
- Hourly wage starts at $18.00 hourly, plus tips (averaging an additional $4.00-$6.00 hourly).
