Licerion® is the future for batteries offering the highest energy density, specific energy, and performance.

This position is full time onsite at our facility based in Tucson, Arizona.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will lead the project to develop cathodes for lithium-ion battery systems having world-leading high volumetric and gravimetric energy densities based on lithium intercalation cathodes. The position will require coating formulations, materials' specifications, and process development optimization. A qualified applicant will be responsible for developing and specifying new processes to meet cell and battery performance and high-rate manufacturing requirements as well as the management of vendors for bidding, procurement, and installation of equipment. The candidate will further evaluate and develop toll coating partners and coordinate coating campaigns. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and management of project plans and capital proposals; project plans to include both short-term and long-term strategic goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
