Global Brand Manager

As we expand our horizons, we seek a dynamic Global Brand Manager to join our team and drive the HITMAN franchise to new heights.
As the Global Brand Manager for the HITMAN franchise, you will be at the forefront of driving global marketing strategies and campaigns. Your role will involve crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance the brand's visibility and engagement across various markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative services, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
What you will do:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust global marketing strategy for the HITMAN franchise, aligned with the overall business objectives and brand vision.
- Identify growth opportunities: Seek growth opportunities through brand collaborations, participation at events, new products, co-marketing partnerships, to support & exceed our acquisition objectives.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns, and work closely with specialists in digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and events.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to identify key trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful coordination with product development, sales, and distribution teams.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, including trailers, promotional content, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and monitor campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and gaming communities.
Who you are:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry. Proven track record of managing global marketing campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Passion: A genuine passion for gaming. Ability to connect with the gaming community and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions. Strong storytelling skills to create compelling marketing narratives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
