RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist the tenant coordinator with the Management of Tenant related predevelopment, design and construction activities with the following defined job responsibilities:

GENERAL ADMIN:

  • Update property specific rules and regulations
  • Update property specific signage guidelines
  • Organize tenant coordination files/documents

LEASE ADMINISTRATION. SHOPS, MAJORS AND PADS:

  • Abstract leases and track critical dates and Landlord delivery obligations.
  • Schedule and distribute Official Notices (Delivery, Turnover, Default, etc.).
  • Collect and process Tenant Allowances and distribute Closeout Documents.
  • Distribute Landlord documentation to tenants.
  • Coordination/distribution of Tenant/Pad prototype plans.

PLANNING/CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION. SHOPS, MAJORS AND PADS:

  • Assist Tenant Coordinator with monitoring and track Tenant permitting and Construction activity.
  • Assist Tenant Coordinator with tracking tenant progress regarding permits and utility companies
  • Assist Tenant Coordinator with collection of tenant preconstruction documents.

SIGNAGE ADMINISTRATION:

  • Coordinate and maintain Site Signage Programs.
