As an Account Representative, you'll play a crucial role in managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying client expansion opportunities within the existing footprint/book of business assigned to them.
  • Identifying new opportunities within the geographic footprint and refer to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Providing onsite client updates, research, and statuses. Locates missing data and order acceptance.
  • Responding to clients’ inquiries as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting or triaging questions and concerns.
  • Reviewing medical records to ensure all additional providers identified are entered per client request.
  • Managing the creation and completion of the IMR and CMR processes to maximize revenue for assigned clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Outgoing and positive disposition.
