NECA, LLC. is known as National Entertainment Collectibles Association, one of the leading manufacturers for licensed merchandise. Since the inception of its toy division in 2002, NECA became synonymous with the horror genre, releasing some of the most sought-after collectibles for slasher icons such as Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, and Freddy Krueger, while shining a light on niche characters like Sam from Trick-r-Treat. In the years since, NECA has also become a staple collectible manufacturer for the Alien & Predator franchises, and more recently, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Working with the most talented artists that have a passion for film, TV, music, and video games, NECA strives to provide highly detailed and innovative collectibles at an affordable price. With over two decades of experience in the toy industry and a wide selection of licensed merchandise, NECA presents something for every interest. In possession of 50+ licenses, NECA has produced thousands of products, offering retailers and distributors worldwide a variety of beloved pop culture characters in the form of 7" scale action figures, prop replicas, and everything in-between.


NECA is looking to hire a Project Management Assistant. The successful candidate is a team player, working with Design, Marketing, Licensing and Operations departments. A good sense of humor and teamwork are essential to our studio, working environment.


LOCATION - In-person at New Jersey Office


POSITION SUMMARY / REQUIREMENTS

  • Aid in the development and production of hard goods, soft goods, and packaging from concept to delivery, on-time, and on-budget.
  • Day-to-Day maintenance of master line plans. This will require daily communication with PD teams, other internal teams, and factories.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization and communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge of the toy, action figure and collectible business is a huge plus.
  • Highly motivated and able to learn quickly and adapt as you go.
  • Candidates with project management experience with molded plastics production are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient PM computer skills, specifically, Basecamp, Excel and Smartsheet's.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
  • Passion for toys and collectibles
