As a Marketing Manager at Flex Membrane International & E Squared Technical Textiles you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for both Flex Membrane International and E Squared Technical Textiles.

What you can expect in a Marketing Manager role at Flex Membrane International & E Squared Technical Textiles:

• You’ll develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to target specifiers in engineering and architecture, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• You’ll collaborate with our sales team to identify key market segments and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients effectively.
• You’ll conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with 3rd party to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, tailored to the needs of specifiers in the industry.
• You’ll manage digital marketing efforts utilize our CRM, HubSpot, including website optimization, email marketing.
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, trade publications, and relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• You’ll monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates, stay abreast to industry developments, regulatory changes to ensure the Company’s marketing strategies remain innovative and compliant and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

Qualifications for Marketing Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on targeting specifiers in engineering and architecture.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences through written, verbal, and visual channels.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analytics. In depth knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel between company locations and attend industry events.
