Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and researchers to ensure high performance and professional development.

  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data, including quantitative and qualitative research, to generate actionable insights.

  • Customer Segmentation: Identify and analyze customer segments to better understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to inform targeted marketing and product strategies.

  • Reporting & Communication: Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and other stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure customer insights are effectively integrated into business strategies and decisions.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in customer research and analytics, and incorporate innovative methodologies into the team's approach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Skills: Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and research methodologies. Strong proficiency with analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
