Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Account Manager to support our transportation sales team and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business-to-business sales preferably within healthcare services, supportive care services, or related markets. This role primarily involves identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospective clients. The Junior Account Manager will also be responsible for coordinating presentation appointments to drive solutions and sales of our transportation services and provide account management service. The majority of your time will be spent cold calling to identify prospective clients.
Schedule
Full Time: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Performing sales cold calls.
- Identify and research prospective clients.
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls to understand their pain-point, needs, objections and purchasing process to qualify them as a sales opportunity.
- Work with the sales team to identify tailored solution recommendations.
- Schedule subsequent formal sales appointments with prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly production targets.
- Complete weekly and monthly pipeline reports.
- Create and refine sales call and email scripts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, speak, and hear English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
- Exceptional attendance is a requirement to fulfill role expectations.
